Writing I had an absolutely amazing experience with CARSTAR CNZ! From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting my car back to perfect condition. After my accident, I was honestly worried my car would never look the same again—but they completely proved me wrong. The quality of their work is outstanding. When I picked up my car, it honestly looked like it had never even been in a wreck. The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless, and everything was restored with incredible attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything stress-free during what could have been a really frustrating time. I am very satisfied with how everything was handled. The front desk staff was very friendly and direct on the process and how long the job would take. The repairs were completed much earlier than expected and my car looks brand new. They even cleaned it for me! Now that’s great service! Would recommend others to come here.

The only fender part that needed repair was not fully patched or was patched and chipped off. That part of bumper should have just been replaced and not patched. Now need to find time to go back in. Prepare was very fast with good communication and was started very fast.

Paul and his crew did a great job on my grandson's ford Mustang. There were a couple of things that need attention and they promptly took care of those. The repair price was very reasonable as well.

Great people to deal with. Fair prices and really good paint job. There were a couple of small things that needed attention when we got it back, but they took care of them immediately. If you need body work I highly recommend them.
