I selected this shop based on reviews from the insurance company's list of in-network shops. Within 5 min's after my call with the carrier, I was contacted by Bennet at CARSTAR. Bennet handled everything, making the intake process seamless, and even offered to help with processing a rental car. Communication was excellent, most importantly, the repairs to our vehicle were done RIGHT! They made the damages disappear, and as they say, "Like it never happened". We are very pleased with CARSTAR.

The Vechicle Stability Control (which I had called about and the person who answered checked and told me it showed up in the electronic check) wasn’t fixed. It comes on after the car has been driven about .1 mile. I immediately called about it and was told to bring it back and call ahead so they would be ready for it.

Things on my car are still broke plus they didn’t fix all the damage parts I still have dents from the accident I won’t recommend this place to anyone. The guy at front was very nice.
