It is close to I-80 and not far from the Ralston Arena. The Krzemien family and staff provide exceptional customer service to those who have collision repair needs in Omaha. Because a bill about $318 over the insurance maximum allowed was submitted to State Farm Insurance my vehicle was totaled and a buy back was not allowed! Even though the vehicle was ready to drive away, completely repaired! I had requested if the cost was going to go over what insurance would cover that I would be contacted to have the option to pay the amount over. Well that didn’t happen so the vehicle went to auction and I had to find a replacement. It was a surprise to both of us that State Farm would be so unyielding to negotiate even though they ended up paying the total repair bill plus the assessed value of the vehicle. ☹️ State Farm would not change the assessed value of the vehicle for a same year, miles, and model though it was 2 thousand difference in purchase cost.
