It is close to I-80 and not far from the Ralston Arena. The Krzemien family and staff provide exceptional customer service to those who have collision repair needs in Omaha. My car was half assed cleaned, specifically the doors, dash, seats, and windows. The windows had a oily sheen along the bottom and the dash and seats had a smeared dust sheen on them, except for a couple spots where it was really shiny and oily. The carpet was fantastic though. When I brought this up, I was met with a "That's it?" Hey, I pay Dolphin Car Wash to clean my car inside and out, I don't want to bring a clean car in and it leave than when I left it. The guy I spoke to eventually attempted to rectify it, but I still had to take it to Dolphin to clean up the smears you guys left. I would prefer just not to clean it if you don't have someone do it right, OR give a gift card to a reputable place like Dolphin to do it for you.

Gary was nice to visit with. Although, I asked about a bid for a dent in my passenger door and I was never given one. When I showed the first day I was there, there was no front office person there, and I had a pre-scheduled meeting but waited 20 minutes to meet with someone. The gal that was there when I picked up my car was nice and friendly. I already explained my story with the attempt at cleaning my car. Also, it was Enterprise Rental Cars that called me to let me know my car was ready to pick up, not you guys, which I thought was weird.

My car looks good as new! And was done very fast and was updated every day. I was very impressed !
