Took car in for scratches all around car. They buffed out scratches caused by a dog jumping on car but when told about scratches on drivers for we were told that wasn't in the estimate. Sent the car home and left us to call insurance about the work.

On guy in particular seems to have a bad attitude towards us and is the one that wouldn't do anything about the scratches that were not fixed.
