I am reasonably satisfied. My only grievance is that up until 2:45 PM on the day that my car was supposed to be ready at 3 PM, I ha not heard otherwise. What a let down to find out 15 minutes prior to that my car was not done! I feel like I should have been notified earlier. I had to scrambe to find rides and someone to pick up my car due to my work schedule. Bummer!

The coordination that Carstar has with GEICO and Enterprise car rental is an excellent arrangement. The communication with us was excellent both verbally and by effective use of telephone and email contact. The persons that assisted us were professional, courteous,and demonstrated excellent customer relations and the quality of the repair work is excellent. We also appreciated how clean our vehicle was, both inside and outside, which demonstrated an extra effort and outstanding customer service.
