I took my 2007 Camry to Jacobus Carstar in Vancouver. The repairs were very well done, which is to be expected. What made this shop different were the people. The receptionist Samantha, on my initial call was friendly and respectful. This was quite different from shops I had dealt with in the past. She worked with me to get an appointment that met my schedule. John, the estimator, was pleasant and thoroughly inspect the damage. He said that due to the age of the car, new parts may not be available. He asked if I would accept after market or used parts. He said it would take 10 days but is was completed in 5 days. John kept me informed on the progress like when he found new parts. These people made me feel that they really appreciated my business, which is hard to find. If you have damage small or large, you should consider Jacobus Carstar for stress free repairs.

Guys were great! Took very good care of my vehicle and very polite to my kids. Im telling everyone to get it fixed at Jacobus Car Star! Easy on the wallet repairs compared to others and a 5 star fix worth ten thousand, but much lower than that.
