From the first phone call with Dave to set up a time to bring my car in, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. That feeling was confirmed when I met Dave for the inspection and estimate. He took care of everything. I received frequent updates on the progress of the repairs and they were completed right on time. And when they returned my car to me, it had been cleaned inside and out! I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot! I would highly recommend CARSTAR Jacobus. They are simply the best and I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Carstar Jacobus. Of course, it started with my initial phone conversation with Dave Jacobus! So nice and organized…someone I could completely trust to take me through the process of getting my car repaired. He did the estimate, scheduled a date to bring it in and gave me a completion date. Dave was very helpful and kept me informed about my car his shop does the best work .and friendly I will recommend people to the shop Dave makes things so easy deals with the insurance company and making sure you have a rental car it takes a lot of stress off you by going to the shop

The professionalism Mr. Jacobus shows is truly remarkable. I had to have some body work done on my 2006 Element. Mr. Jacobus was very transparent on how he was going to fix my car and how long he would have it. He kept in touch with updates throughout the process. He even made sure the car rental company picked me up from his business to take me to their lot for a rental. We love the results and highly recommend them to everyone!!

The important part is communication. I can't pretend to understand if everything was completed with top notch precision. That lies on them and the insurance company which I do trust. Therefore as a consumer I can speak on what I do know. They were respectful of my time and of my property. They communicated every change or minor update. I was never unaware of the time I'd have my car ready. Hoping to never need to use them again in my life, but if I do I know I'll be taken care of. I know I'll be 100% satisfied.

Kept me informed on the progress. Dave fought for the OEM parts after seeing that the aftermarket parts did not fit. I only wish that had been caught earlier and that I didn’t have to be the one to point it out.
