I was satisfied with the body work done to my car but was a little surprised that the interior was not as clean as I expected. There were still small pieces of glass on my dashboard from the shattered windshield.

I thought the customer service was almost always exceptional but on a Friday I got the call my car was ready and I did my best to make it to the shop before they closed. When I drove by at 4:40 PM the gate was closed and no one was available to answer the phone. I just wish I would have been called so I knew they were closing early. It was not a big deal but it was a little frustrating and an inconvenience.

Excellent - great customer experience, you have thought of everything. I was very impressed by the organization of the office and how you anticipated all my needs during what could have been a disruptive time (having a car wrecked and in the shop). And in my novice opinion - the actual body work looks great too, I can't even tell it happened. Thank you!

The team did a great job. Only issues were text communication (I wish it were a little better as far as saying what they are doing vice percentage done), and there was an issue of our detail not being completely done. But everything else was suppurb
