I fully understand that the situation surrounding the start of the process was out of anybody's control and do not hold any bad blood towards Carstar. That said, perhaps a bit more work could be emphasized upon the handling of pertinent information regarding customer vehicle status in such situations so as to avoid further confusion.

almost from the beginning communications were dodgey at best, though the staff was apologetic and did their best to keep me in the loop.
