I wish that when Mold was first noticed in the car that we would have been notified so we could have come and grabbed our things and maybe helped it not ruin so many things. Nice blankets and such were thrown in bags and kept getting worse. That was very frustrating. We also not anticipate not having our car for months on end and it was such a long process. And now our front window isn’t rolling down and I am just a little frustrated. Also the car smells horrible and I am not sure if it is the mold or the cleaning chemicals.

Over the years, I have used a number of body shops, not one of them compares to CS Kenmore. They kept me up-to-date on the progress. The paint match was perfect and the bodywork was outstanding would recommend them to anyone who ask thank you for the outstanding job.

Everyone there is so polite, kind, sweet and professional! I love that I didn’t have to worry or stress about my car getting repaired. I really appreciated the Tuesday and Thursday weekly updates!
