In person Service overall was good. However, there was no explanation regarding what the “hidden damage” was. Also the vehicle is fully electric and they didn’t charge it ahead of pickup and I had to be towed home as it ran out of charge halfway home.

The price/parts didn't change from the initial quote. Transparent and informative. And were able to match the original paint, which is a hodgepodge of colors. A different body shop was going to paint it black because it was "close enough". Great job to Car Star Kenmore. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.
