I brought my 2008 Lexus GS 350 in to have the rear bumper replaced and the new bumper looks great, but there was preexisting damage to the vehicle where the rear bumper attaches along the passenger side wheel well. The bumper moves to the touch and makes a creaking sound. I would have been willing to pay for it to be repaired out of my own pocket if possible prior to picking the vehicle up, but I was not notified that it hadn't been addressed until after I had already paid for and picked up the vehicle.

Front office staff was great to work with, I would've like if someone had called me to explain the situation with the bumper or ask if I wanted to pay for it's repair before I arrived to pick the vehicle up.
