I have brought my Camry in twice in the past year and have been happy with Carstar both times. I dealt with Charlie and the friendly fellow at the counter, can’t recall his name, but they were accommodating and efficient. The car has looked great both times. Good work again, but I hope to not make a habit of needing body work.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. My car was given to me completely undone. My fender liners, clips, covers are all missing. While speaking to charlie he had stated he tried his hardest to get my car to me but that doesn’t mean leaving me with a job 50% done right? He told me the fender liner would only take 15min to install. If I would Have known a fender liner and another cover would’ve taken another day to install, I would Have just taken my car to a more reputable repair shop.
