CarStar has been amazing. Easy to set up a date and time for drop off of my vehicle, communication was mostly clear. The way the time frame given to me regarding my vehicle was the only thing they can improve on. For example, I would check in on my car and was told it would be ready Thursday or Friday of that week but instead I had to wait a few days after. Other than that, they were friendly knowledgable employees, and the work done on my car was close to perfect. They even cleaned the inside of my car. Great customer service, quality work.

While they are polite but they don't tell me the correct time to have the car done. They told me 3 times that it will be done in 3 hours but it was not. It is true that, they said they will call when it is done but if so, don't say it will be done in 3 hours. Just say, it is not done yet or it will be done tomorrow. And tell me not to worry because they will call. It is nice if they text the customer if the car is not done at the certain they said.
