The side mirror that they put on was sub-par, but I showed them how it was not only shaking during motion but also the mirror itself looked like a carnival fun-house. They ordered a new one and I took it back in for a replacement. Thanks guys!

This is my fourth time having work done on our family cars but this experience wasn’t the best. The truck was delivered incomplete and several areas were sloppy. There should have been some quality control prior to delivery. It took another 3 days to finish the work and this spanned across the weekend so another 5 days after the original scheduled completion time. Also there were a couple of areas on the front bumper that were chipped and painted over instead of giving me an option to have these corrected. It could have been a way better experience.
