It turned out very nice, however, I would think that the rubber seal would’ve been replaced on the windshield, as it was torn up and put back down. For 9k in work it seemed like a simple and cheap piece to replace. Other than that it’s beautiful. Fix auto ordered the rubber piece and will finish the work, so we have to bring it back again which is inconvenient

I used to love Carstar when Bill was the manager. I took my car twice to him before this time and he was awesome. Whether he really mismanaged the shop as Mike claimed is unknown to me. But this time Carstar really dropped the ball and could have done more to make this right for me. I can't recommend the new Carstar unless they would have done more to make this very unpleasant experience better

My car was in the Orange shop for months. The first team led by Bill told me I needed one repair and that they were waiting for the part to arrive. Weeks passed, no updates no communication. I would call and get no replies. Then all of a sudden a new team led by Mike took over, who claimed that the last team bungled everything and that Bill no longer worked for the company. Claimed I needed a whole different repair and that he didn't know if insurance would cover it. It would have been nice to have had someone reach out sooner to let me know there was a transition and the stairs of my car. Mike claimed up and down that he left me voicemails. Never received one. He claimed that he submitted a claim to State Farm and that they rejected the claim. Never received any correspondence from State Farm. . I do thankfully receive texts from Diego. My first 2 encounters with Carstar and Bill in 2023 were positive. He was professional and my repair was done in a timely manner. I'm not sure what happened but my interactions from October 2024 with Carstar have been very disappointing to the point that isn't know whether Carstar and their management can be trusted.

While everyone in the office is nice, the fact that it took months to get my car fixed and the fact that I was given two different recommended repairs from two different managers makes it questionable as to who to trust. It should never take over 3 months to repair a vehicle and good customer service means you update your customer at least once every 10 days.
