I was given an appointment at 2 and a promise to call before that to ensure the parts are there. Since I did not receive the call so I called only to find out my appointment was at 12:45. I was lucky that I had 30 mins to arrange things so I can get the car to the shop. Bad appointment management. Other than that, I’m happy with the repair on my car.
