Perfect experience. Nicole and the entire staff made dent repair experience on my truck 10/10. The other receptionist at the office was very polite and greeted me with a smile immediately. Nicole stayed up-to-date with the text messages while my truck was being repaired. That’s who whether repair Specialist male or female did an amazing job on my truck and before I picked up the keys, washed my truck, as well as cleaning the inside doorways and leaving an air freshener in my truck. 10 out of 10 highly recommend, I’m telling all of my friends at work whether they live in the Lacey area or not to go through Carstar premier for their car/truck repairs. 🤙🏾🙏🏾
