What they did work on looks good, but I was under the impression they'd take care of the couple scratches/repaint as well

I only received one call back from them the first week I dropped my car off. I had to call myself to check on how it was going, when to expect it to be done. and it ended up being pushed back 3 times. Never was called to let me know.
