My windshield wipers don't work properly now for whatever the reason. I'm assuming since I had my windshield replaced that it's probably due to that. Aside from that, I was completely satisfied with your work. Thank you.

Always appreciate the quality of service, repairs our great, responsive ness could not be better, -and the coordinating you do with the insurance and rental companies makes the whole process much easier. Was not contacted that rental car would not be there when I dropped off car. Had to call CARSTAR myself and ask. Was informed that State Farm cancelled my car and would not have a rental car ready from Hertz. Good thing I called. On another note, they were able to get a rental car from Enterprise

It probably would have been a 10, but there was a rattle on the left rear side of the van, took me a bit to find it, it was the bolt for holding the spare tire. It was loose and the washer plate was rattling, other than that, everything seems to be good.
