Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR prides itself on a magnitude of repeat and referral customers, and because customer retention is so important to CARSTAR and its insurance partners, we focus on service excellence. Owner Robert A. Waldron, Jr. Bob Waldron has owned Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR for over thirty years. He is an active member of Central MA Auto Rebuilders Association, supports local hockey and baseball organizations, and coaches sports as well. Bob has been in the Auto Body business since 1975. He purchased Waldron's A-1 Auto Body CARSTAR in January, 2000 and Henna Color Auto Body & Towing in Clinton in January 2010. CARSTAR was founded in 1989 on the principle of raising the standards of the collision repair industry. CARSTAR locally owned and operated autobody repair centers must meet strict requirements concerning quality of work, training and customer satisfaction.

i had such a great experience with this auto body shop! they did an amazing job replacing my front bumper, and my car looks absolutely perfect. the work was done beautifully, everything looks brand new, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. i’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waldron, Fred and his team were great. Their work is always about quality and precision. They were timely and kept me updated every step of the process! Also, Fred pitched in for a sensor switch that really wasn’t part of his scope. Thank you for everything ! I’d refer Waldron all day, every day ….

Car was done in a fast and timely manner and ready exactly when they said it would be. They interfaced directly with my insurance company and I was able to leave my rental car there and they dealt with enterprise to have it picked up. Truly was an easy and painless process all around.

The whole process went smoothly and quickly. I had to call to find out what the plan was after leaving it there for a day but otherwise everything else was great. I guess there was also a miscommunication with the rental car company so you give me a ride there but they were heading up to your shop. That didn’t bother me but you could improve that for yourselves. The best part of the experience was your receptionist who is extremely personable and professional, having her there is a great interface to your customers

Everything was so efficient from start to finish. Great communication, everyone we spoke to was so friendly and answered all our questions. The repairs looked great and my daughter was thrilled her car interior was so clean when she picked it up.
