Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR prides itself on a magnitude of repeat and referral customers, and because customer retention is so important to CARSTAR and its insurance partners, we focus on service excellence. Owner Robert A. Waldron, Jr. Bob Waldron has owned Waldron's Auto Body CARSTAR for over thirty years. He is an active member of Central MA Auto Rebuilders Association, supports local hockey and baseball organizations, and coaches sports as well. Bob has been in the Auto Body business since 1975. He purchased Waldron's A-1 Auto Body CARSTAR in January, 2000 and Henna Color Auto Body & Towing in Clinton in January 2010. CARSTAR was founded in 1989 on the principle of raising the standards of the collision repair industry. CARSTAR locally owned and operated autobody repair centers must meet strict requirements concerning quality of work, training and customer satisfaction.

Great experience at CARSTAR Waldron. Fred and team were easy to work with, kept me informed throughout the whole process and finished with the car ahead of schedule. Car was also cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Would highly recommend in the future.

Car was returned ahead of schedule and in pristine condition except for grease stains of 3 dots in upper left dash that is white background. The grease stains were not previously in car.

Jen, John, and Steve were all fantastic to work with at Waldron’s CARSTAR! Before I brought my car in, Jen answered all my questions over the phone, arranged my rental, and helped coordinate my car rental with my insurance. John called me the business day before my scheduled appointment with only a few questions, which made the drop-off process smooth. During the drop-off, John ensured I had everything I needed from my car, including my snow broom and scraper. Waldron’s CARSTAR kept me informed about the repair status without me having to contact them directly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the repairs and paint job!
