Didn't get a proper walk around when I picked up my car. I took my car while it was raining so I only started seeing things when I got home and the car was dry. Gaps in the wheel well and misalignments from what I see. Wheel well trims looks to be loose. I haven't even looked at the paint matching yet. Also, the hitch I wanted was not available but was told I got the same style but in different brand. I specifically told Mack that I wanted the class 3 with 2 inch receiver OEM style that went through the bumper and NOT under the bumper. If you really couldn't get me what I originally had on the car, It would have been more appreciated if you were up front instead of telling me you got me the same style in a different brand which it is NOT. The work looks terrible and seems to have been put together in a rush.

Ray and team were absolutely wonderful. My husband and I both have used C.D.E Collision and have had phenomenal experiences. They provide updates throughout the entire process. Everything was seamless and painless. My 4 Runner looks brand new again. You can tell they take pride in their work and they really care about their customers. Absolutely fantastic experience. I highly recommend.

Beautiful outcome of the repair and I like it. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, but it took them 3 weeks to finish a very minor dent. I could have given 10.
