The overall repairs were done well. Kim(I believe that’s her name at the front desk) was great as well. The reason it is a 8 is communication or lack there of. I had work done on a scratch and hail damage when I originally cam in for the hail damage I told them I would like to have both done. When I called to see if my car would be ready on Tuesday they said it would and I asked if that included the hail damage. They said they thought I just wanted an estimate. That what not what I had conveyed when I did get the estimate for the hail damage. It took another week for my car to be finished with no communication. I called numerous times only to be told they were waiting on part. When they should have be ordered prior to me bringing my car in. Then I was told, after I called that the originally part cam in bent. This should have been conveyed to me a lot sooner and without me having to call numerous times. It was very frustrating. The people I came into contact with were all professional and treated me fine.

I’d like to discuss the paintwork on my truck when I come in to have the new tonneau installed. Our agreement was that the lower quarters would be wire wheeled and rust removed before paint. It has been just a few days and new paint is already literally chipping off, exposing rusty metal that was clearly not prepped in any way, resulting in little to no adhesion. I understood the work would not come with a lifetime guarantee, but for the several thousand dollars I spent on the work, this is far short of expectation I’m afraid. I believe if the rust were truly wire wheeled off and the metal treated with Por-15 prior to paint, that the end result would be in line with what we discussed.
