Although we agreed on one extra day to finish the job and unavoidable circumstances, the car was one day later than promised. I think it would of been nice to confirm our drop off date 1-2 days prior, just as a reminder. We remembered so it wasn’t an issue.

Could not be more pleased with every aspect of my repair. Especially impressed with Brian Catey and Kim Badon. Both were very courteous, professional and helpful. My vehicle was actually finished a day early and the repair looked awesome.
