I am noticing a charge of $515.44 on my credit card.. My deductible is $500 and that’s all I should have been charged. Rest of it should be paid by State Farm - not sure why I am being charged anything above $500. Also, I noticed a small area of paint being chipped off at the very bottom and my understanding was that it would be taken care of as part of the repairs. Please have someone call me. Thanks.

It took over a week to simply replace a tire. But on top of that, when I took the car the "new tire" they put on was dirty and had scuff marks all over it. All the other old tires I had on the car were at least clean and in good condition but ironically the "new" tire was the dirtiest
