Not happy with the quality of the paint job and I called and spoke to Emily and she was to have the manager call, and that was 4 days ago! I put off completing this survey, hoping to get some resolution or at least acknowledgement however still no call and this email indicated it was my last chance to comment so I went ahead and completed it!

I initially dealt with Rich and was completely satisfied with him, he is the reason I chose Classic over another shop but unfortunately during my repair, Rich left his position with Classic and I felt a bit lost in the shuffle after that! I have some dissatisfaction with the paint quality and hope someone will reach out to correct my concerns.

Everyone there from Front desk (Emily) to the crew (Ed, Adam, and Tyrone) they were beyond helpful and always stayed in communication with me regarding updates on the work that was being done to the status of the insurance claim. Highly recommend this shop for any collision problems!
