Everything was great exception for communication. I was assigned a Service Advisor who would not answer her cell phone live. After being transferred to voice mail, I was told her voice mail was full.. I would then call the receptionist and would ask her to tell my Service Avisor to call me. This worked in a matter of minutes. Further my Service Advisor promised to give me progress calls along the way. I received one call when the job was complete.

I found your staff and service to be exceptional! They called me within minutes of receiving my claim from State Farm and scheduled me at my convenience. Victoria and her fellow staff made me feel important and I cannot express how kind they well. As far as their work, it is spotless. My repair looks beautiful. They even washed and vacuumed my very dirty car. The staff is a credit to your organization.
