Overall we were pleased with our repair experience. I know that part constraints are the new normal but I would recommend more communication to make customers aware of delays that impact the repair schedule. In our case, we would have preferred the option to drop off our vehicle once the parts were on-site and everything was ready to go for the repair. Lastly, I appreciate the updates once everything was in motion. Our vehicle looks great. Thank you!

The CR-V looks great. A minor imperfection on the rear door but nothing we are displeased with. Would bring our vehicles for future work.

Perfect job...even to saving a magnetic flag that's important to us. Victoria is professional and courteous. Thanks for helping us with a problem that was fraught with inconvenience....after being rear-ended and with a rental for a week..while driving the rental my wife was side swiped by a hit and run driver. We are thankful to get our car back 100%....kudos to paint and body for perfect work.

I have used other body repair shops and this was my best experience so far. The communication before, during and after the repairs were done was great. The repairs were done really well and the car was detailed. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The front office, manager/owner and the staff are true professionals!
