When I first came to get my truck repaired as directed by my fleet, representative an employee there gave me a really hard time and my truck didn’t get serviced or worked on. But I came back under the direction of my fleet company again and spoke with Victoria who really saved the day. She took ownership of my problem and followed up and got my truck fixed. She’s a great asset to your company.
