The replacement door is not properly fitted. It does not close or seal correctly, and air leaks through the door while driving at highway speeds. This issue should have been identified before the vehicle was released and needs to be corrected promptly.

The vehicle was released to me and is now in my possession; however, the agreed-upon repairs have not been completed. Another week has passed, and I am being told that a part still needs to be ordered. This should have been identified and verified before the vehicle was released. While payment was requested promptly, the work outlined in our agreement has not yet been fulfilled. I would appreciate a clear timeline for when the part will be delivered and the remaining repairs will be completed.
