I cannot consciously recommend a company that cannot keep its word on a vehicles completion, who then notifies the insurance company that the vehicle is completed, when it is not. I find this untruthful and dishonest.

My vehicle still is not complete, even though myself, and the insurance company have been notified it’s fixed. Classic Collision was supposed to notify me last week that the final parts are in to finish my vehicle, and there has been no communication. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle, there was stilled a cracked grill, the body lines did not line-up, and there was still damage to the front right of the vehicle. Classic Collision notified my insurance that the fix was completed, and told me they would “fix what needed fixed”, however, again, no communication, and my car is still not completed properly. I would just like my vehicle completed properly, and have it back to the condition it was before the accident.

The communication regarding the actual work done on the car is mediocre. I received text messages just saying “waiting on parts” or “vehicle reassembly in process”, however when I would call for an update, I was told multiple times, over multiple days and times, that the “vehicle would be ready tomorrow”. As stated earlier, the vehicle still is not complete, and there has been no communication regarding completing the work.

I need to speak to a Supervisor. After picking up my vehicle Friday 11/14/25. The next day my car would not start. I was unable to get to work and lost money. I had to end up getting a new battery. I need to be reimbursed for my battery. Nothing was wrong with my battery prior to my bumper accident! Please give me a call! 321-662-6052.
