I rated a 5 as referenced in the following email sent to the body shop: I am still thinking about this request as I still have some major concerns. While your repairs of the damage to my body were great, you failed to provide me with an accurate estimate and gave me no updates that you were adding $723.00 on the day I picked up the car for calibrations that were not done properly causing my car to drive unstable. When I called to advise you, you got defensive and started saying I would have to pay if I was incorrect. I know the car drove perfect before the accident an I know it now pulls to the right randomly. You said 4 times you would clear with insurance company but never did! I will do ahead and do your survey but other than the visible repairs that are great - the last minute added expense of $723.00 for calibrations that were not done accurately according to GM is unacceptable and has caused me to really question my satisfaction level. I know my car.
