I am old school, so I still think that a person in the receptionist area should always have a smile on her face and that was not the case here. Even when I spoke to her over the phone, it was a very cold vibe. You should definitely make your employees smile, regardless of how bad they hate being there they should smile because they don’t know what type of day their customers are having and I can promise you I wasn’t having the best day and I could’ve used that smile
