I spoke with Drew about my car driving like it was pulling to one side during the time that O dropped my car off to be repaired. He said that he would look at it. When I picked my car up he did not mention it. I asked him about it and he said that he would send it over to State Farm. I have yet to hear back from Drew. I was referred to you shop by Jeff at Infiniti. I trust him. My first experience with your shop was a couple of month after I purchased my can brand new. My family and I have used your services 3 more times since then. But like most businesses in the United States, customer service is a thing of the past. Since I am not important enough to your shop as a customer I will choose better if I need another repair shop. I will also let Infiniti know how I was treated.
