The young lady at the front desk needs a crash course in hospitality & customer service. She was more concerned for and more hospitable to her co-workers than the customers. And I received better customer service/care from the repair advisor and manager. Seems a little backwards & really was my only complaint. I don't think I saw her crack a smile at one customer but I know she actually can smile because she seemed to really enjoy talking to the other workers. If this is the first person I'm going to encounter, some improvements need to be made.
