In addition to the paint not exactly matching and the chips on the hood that were from the accident not being repaired, I am extremely upset that my items were moved from the backseat into the truck. I spent over an hour cleaning out the truck to find my purple sweater had a hole in it because it was caught on something in the truck. Because things were thrown haphazardly in there, things were out of the appropriate bags. I work in a nonprofit organization that requires me to be in my car the majority of the week so this was an unneeded and unwelcomed surprise. If that wasn't aggravating enough, I also found that all my floormats were moved. Had someone cleaned the inside of the car, I wouldn't have minded but it was very clear to me the car was not detailed, cleaned or vacuumed. I will probably not be returning to Classic Collision as a result despite the great customer service I received in December. Sara [email protected] *** *** ****
