I noticed that some necessary repairs appear to have been missed, and my deductible seems to have been overcharged. Because of these issues, I need to return the car so the matter can be reviewed and the repairs properly addressed.

Classic Collision would not even bolt down my Toyota Tacomatrunk covers. I imagine the defense to be the insurance didn't pay for it. However for the repair costs, a few bolts to hold down the new cover which they installed would have been a rational and acceptable action.
