Unfortunately, I do not think I would. I used classic b/c they were a preferred shop with my insurance and they had really good reviews, so the work on my car being less than satisfactory was a huge let down.

I got my vehicle back on Thursday of last week. I’m still not happy with it but I don’t have time to keep going back and forth. Rob was a pleasure to work with, he was kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me.

I’m not really sure how to be accurate with this. There seems to be a lack of communication b/t the staff. Again, Rob was great and went above and beyond to make things right. They did tell Enterprise they would pay for the additional rental due to the items that needed to be corrected but they didn’t set up any payment method with them so I ended up having to pay that myself.

We have already discussed, so no need for a phone call, but the process of our repair left much to be desired. The team was communicative, but the paint was a terrible match the first round and having to leave my car for three weeks was less than ideal. It caused a lot of stress!
