Communications was poor. Workmanship was poor. Car requires additional work. When I left without working turning signal was not legally drivable.

The car has been at the shop since 6-15. Earlier commtment was to have car repaired by 7-14. Repairs are still not completed as of 7-20 and the car is not safe to drive. We need the car to start our prepaid vacation towing a boat, which is now in jeopardy. No date certain when car will be finished.
