You quoted me two weeks for repairs. It took 4.5 weeks. I realize there was a two day delay for the dealership to look at the car but going over double time to fix the car is absolutely unacceptable. Especially when I informed you I did not have a rental car. On July 9, I was told you were finishing painting. It took 11 more days to reassemble the car. On July 13, you said the car would be ready on July 16. It took until July 21. Absolutely terrible. The fact you thought it would take three days to finish y car and it took 8. Is that stupidity or incompetence?
