Upon choosing Classic Collision from my claim submission via All State app, I received an email saying Classic Collision would call to make an appointment. They never did. When I called to schedule, receptionist seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Upon arriving, receptionist did not acknowledge me, continued doing what she was doing on the computer. Three staff walked by me without acknowleding me. This was not how I wanted to be treated after having dealt with a hit and run accident. Receptionist continued to act rudely with other customers (so I knew it wasn't just me).

I will return however there was a miscommunication on the tire rim that needed fixing.. it was supposed to be the right side (not driver) that got hit and pulled on curb needing fixing

Car looks like a 4 year old repaired it. Poor part fitment along with some parts starting to delaminate. Emailed the manager a week ago, NO REPLY. Was supposed to contact me about new parts ordered. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. Just requested this review so, here you go, I am extremely disappointed in the repair and, dissatisfied with communication.

david and the general manager were excellent to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the repair process . They kept me informed regarding the status almost daily/ the quality was excellent and they delivered my truck clean on inside and out as time as promised. Definitely recommend!
