After my parked car was damaged in a hit-and-run, I brought my Camry to Classic Collision Macadam based on its reputation, and I’m so glad I did. Ty was outstanding throughout the entire process. He communicated proactively, kept every promise he made about updates, explained the repair process clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The repair was completed quickly, the paint match is excellent, and my Camry looks fantastic. I was especially impressed by the professionalism, honesty, and follow-through that Ty and the team demonstrated. They even returned my car beautifully cleaned inside and out, including spotless wheels, which was such a thoughtful touch. All of you in the shop were so very helpful right off the bat. Michell checked out the car right when I came in and took pictures and then was able to send them to our insurance company to start the process. Cheryl was very helpful in connecting us with someone at the insurance company to answer some questions we had and Ty was very helpful. Not only inspected and helped me with connecting my phone to the car radio. The car looked fabulous and super polished like it was brand new. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone needing bodywork on their car!
