The overall experience was amazing. They were fast polite and gave good updates throughout the process. The color matching on the repair looks slightly off to the naked eye but it may be trick of the sunlight. Everything else seems amazing.

The staff I interacted with were very nice, helpful, and positive. But I had requested a 'solid' estimate of the anticipated repairs, and then when I received the actual cost, it had jumped 61%. Initially, based on the first estimate, I thought I could afford to pay that 'out of pocket', and not endanger my 20% 'Accident Free' discount from State Farm. I headed to Europe for vacation after dropping my car off for repairs while I was away for two weeks. When the actual cost was sent to me (overseas) I realized I should have made arrangements with State Farm to cover the full cost. And then, I got stuck between a rock and a hard place, unable to navigate their claims process while in Europe. So, I was forced to pay the whole cost 'out of pocket'...which was unfortunate. All that said, the repairs look great. But I pray I'll not need the services of Classic Collision again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me..

Informative, positive, fast, thorough, easy to work with, excellent interaction and results. The car looks great. The repair work done was on the outside of the car, but they even cleaned the inside of my dog hair filled car before returning it. I highly recommend Classic Collision.

The quality of assembly could use improvement. The car was painted with incorrect paint with poor color match. I have requested a redo of the paint. The work is yet to be rescheduled. It appears the car was not inspected for quality prior to return.
