They said they were going to remove the parts to sand and paint them, but I don't think they actually did it.

I went to pick up my vehicle on Friday, and it was raining heavily; everything looked fine, but on Saturday, when I tried to remove some stains left on the seats and carpet, I realized that after sanding the door, they hadn't cleaned it properly—they painted right over the sanding residue, and now it looks terrible. I’m going to the shop today to get it fixed. I sent a message to Laura, the person in charge of the repair, but she hasn't replied. Honestly, I don't know what kind of rating to give them.
