WOW!!! These men had their bases covered. From the moment you pull in, its clean and welcoming. Was acknowledged & helped in the order i arrived. The Men were very knowledgeable in the way they explained things it was easy to understand & what i could expect. I LOVE THE TEXT MESSAGES!! Honestly the easiest collision experience i’ve ever had. The transition to Enterprise for the rental was painless as well. I also want to thank the guys for graciously throwing my house trash I forgot to drop at compactor for being in a rush that morning!! Was embarrassed but they were like “no problem” and the icing on the cake is to whomever had to clean my car, so sorry it was filthy! You did a great job for what you had to work with!! Hopefully i never get in a wreck again but if i do i’m coming back. Ps. My Back Bumper looks amazing whoever fixed it! 👍🏼 Thanks so much! -jen

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY DON'T HAVE MECHANICS ON SITE AND WILL ONLY FIX THE HIT SIDE AND DON'T CARE IF FIXING 1 SIDE WILL MAKE THE CAR UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND NOT COMPLETELY FIXED.

They returned an unsafe and undeliverable vehicle because the car's suspension was rusted prior to accident and the accident forced them to replace the strut and tie rod on the hit side ONLY. The traction/slip light was not on prior to accident, this issue should of been fully addressed. Instead, I was told I need to do alot of suspension work which is expensive, the progressive rep on site backed this up. So now the car goes into the traction/slip mode and tries to stop it from sliding when IT'S NOT SLIDING making the car unsafe and undeliverable. I totally get I may have eventually needed to do suspension work but it was forced upon me during a NO FAULT accident by an uninsured driver and I had to pay out for the deductible and if I want to actually drive my car after the repair, I have to spend another $2000-$3000 because Classic Collision and Progressive WILL LET YOU DRIVE AWAY IN AN UNOPERATABLE VEHICLE!!!! BEWARE, stay away from this place.

Service was amazing. Unfortunately my vehicle is missing a piece for the door but the part is on back order and should be put in place once the piece arrives. Other than that everything was great.
