I liked getting constant updates from the shop. I did not like the lack of communication from my adjuster. He was very difficult to reach. The claim as a whole did have a positive result which i am very happy with.

Was often just a text but went a long way to providing comfort to me during the process. Work was inspected at the conclusion and every detail was executed. Excellent workmanship.
