I was referred to classic collision through my insurance. I really was not expecting much from experiencing horrible things at previous shops, but I must say they gained a customer. My teen recently crashed our vehicle. I was extremely stressed dealing with the whole situation and Laura especially at Classic Collision made the process so smooth. She explained everything in great detail and stayed in touch with me throughout the next week to let me know what was being fixed. I have never experienced this type of excellent customer service before from an auto repair/body shop. My car was ready as promised and looks spectacular. especially the paint job I was very impressed. Overall I am beyond grateful that there are kind people in the world, and happily would refer anyone to Classic Collision. I also plan on doing future business if my vehicles need anything.
