The quality of the repair is 10. The mirror was installed beautifully and the car was returned vacuumed and clean.

I initially submitted by claim and visited the shop in August. After receiving a cost estimate and agreeing to everything, I didn't hear back from the shop for weeks. I finally reached out in October to check in and it seems that my case was maybe forgotten about because the replacement mirror had not been acquired. I then again didn't hear anything for weeks and finally reached out at the end of December when I was told they DID have the mirror and made an appointment for me to come in for repairs. When I arrived on the scheduled day, they were confused about who I was and weren't ready to do the repairs. As it turns out, they did not have the appropriate mirror. I'm not sure if I was confused with someone else, but it took over four months for a simple repair, involved a lot of confusion, and required me to follow up many times.
